Caitlin King

Executive Director

Caitlin has worked in nonprofit management for over 8 years building arts organizations and developing dynamic community programming. Currently, Caitlin works in economic development creating events, fostering community engagement, and managing grants. She started performing improv in 2016, but her love of theatre developed in high school.

Bijou Ede

Marketing Director

Bijou is a marketing specialist. He has been doing improv and sketch comedy in Atlanta since 2016 and is the creator/producer of Drunk Black History. He's also part of all-People of Color sketch and improv groups The Good Ones and Crazy, Sexy, Cool. He is supremely excited to be part of Onward Theatre and is looking forward to the future.

Preethi Sundararaman

Diversity and Inclusion Chair

Preethi is a public health professional and organizational well-being enthusiast. She discovered her love for improv and sketch comedy through emceeing and producing South Asian cultural events in high school and college. She’s been performing in Atlanta since 2016 and is part of Group Therapy and all-POC comedy groups The Good Ones and Crazy, Sexy, Cool.

Nikki Radford

Community Outreach Chair

Nikki has traveled to over 30 countries and isn't slowing down anytime soon. She moonlights as an Environmental Scientist working to ensure that we have clean air. Nikki has been performing improv in Atlanta since 2014, and along with Preethi and Bijou she is part of the all-POC comedy groups The Good Ones and Crazy, Sexy, Cool.

James Joslin

Finance Chair

James is an Analytics Consultant at Gleeds Americas and has been performing improv since 2015. Along with Caitlin and Preethi, James is an active member of Group Therapy. James loves efficiency, transparency, and accurate bookkeeping. He knows money and money knows him.
